Dave Sinclair Lincoln St Peters Receptionist/Cashier OpportunityDave Sinclair Lincoln St Peters is a leader in automotive retail, and we are looking to add a qualified Receptionist/Cashier to our team.ResponsibilitiesAnswer all incoming calls according to company policy and proper telephone etiquette.Direct telephone calls to the appropriate parties as necessary.Refers customers who have questions about the work performed, maintenance, or repair etc. to the service advisor or other appropriate individual.Greeting customers entering the dealershipAdditional administrative responsibilities.Operate an current dealership phone system.Handle multiple lines.Responsible for processing cash, credit, check transactions and refunds.Duties include interacting with customers, balancing the cash, determining change, recording purchases.Closes all open invoicesQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Education and/or ExperienceNo prior experience or training will train.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
