Network AdministratorWe are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Network Administrator to maintain and support our organization's computer networks. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring stable operation, security, and performance of network systems.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, access points)Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issuesManage LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN connectionsAdminister user accounts, permissions, and access controlsPerform regular system backups and recovery operationsApply security patches and firmware upgradesMaintain network documentation and diagramsProvide technical support to end usersEnsure network security and compliance with IT policiesCoordinate with ISPs and vendors when requiredRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field2–5 years of experience in network administrationStrong understanding of: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCPVLANs and subnettingRouting & switching conceptsFirewall and VPN configurationExperience with Windows Server and/or Linux systemsFamiliarity with network monitoring toolsGood troubleshooting skillsPreferred CertificationsCCNACompTIA Network+Microsoft certifications (MCSA / Azure Fundamentals)Fortinet NSE (optional)Soft SkillsGood communication skillsProblem-solving mindsetAbility to handle multiple tasksTeam collaborationWork EnvironmentOn-site / Hybrid (as applicable)May require after-hours or emergency support Ova Technologies
