Golds Gym PNW is a well-established fitness facility dedicated to providing a welcoming and energetic environment for our members. We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Associate to join our team, supporting our mission to help people achieve their fitness goals.

As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our members and visitors. Your friendly and professional demeanor will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for everyone who enters our facility. This is a part-time position with a focus on afternoon and evening shifts, making it an ideal opportunity for students or those seeking supplemental income.

• Greet members and guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Check-in members, provide access cards, and assist with inquiries.
• Handle incoming phone calls and address member questions or concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Process membership and retail sales transactions accurately.
• Enforce gym policies and safety protocols.
• Assist in resolving member issues and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist with light administrative tasks as needed.

• Professional and friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Availability for afternoon and evening shifts as specified.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and member check-in.
• Knowledge or interest in fitness and wellness.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
