Product Manager/ Product Owner

Location: Culver City, CA/ Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid 3 days On-Site and 2 days Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Product Owner to drive product initiatives at the intersection of finance, technology, and business operations. This role is ideal for a product owner with experience in financial systems, user acceptance testing, business analysis, and content creation for training and documentation.

The ideal candidate will also have exposure to WGA, DGA, or SAG contracts , experience with financial modeling , and the ability to support initiatives that integrate artificial intelligence into business tools or processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the product owner for financial tools, systems, and applications-translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Gather, define, and prioritize requirements in collaboration with finance, legal, and engineering teams.
• Support UAT and functional testing activities to ensure features meet business expectations and contractual requirements.
• Create training materials and documentation for business users, and assist with training sessions.
• Analyze and interpret data to support decision-making, financial planning, and contract workflows.
• Develop and maintain financial models aligned with product goals and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine roadmaps, backlogs, and sprint priorities.
• Incorporate AI capabilities into product features and workflows to drive efficiency and scale.
• Ensure compliance with WGA / DGA / SAG contractual structures during feature development and testing.
