The Role:

• The Senior Product Manager for the Data Ingestion products manages the product vision, discovery, roadmaps, and backlog to maximize customer value.
• Understand user management systems and backend system & data pipeline design extensively.
• Work closely with key stakeholders and balance incoming needs from various sources.
• Identify assumptions and validate them with product discovery techniques and data-driven analysis.
• Actively participate in our learning culture, including mentoring and working with other members of the product team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute toward and drive the product strategy for our Data Ingestion product portfolio.
• Use stakeholder, partner, and customer feedback and data gathering & analysis techniques to make decisions about product strategy.
• Define and manage key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the success of your products.
• Invest significant time speaking with current and potential customers to understand their needs & habits.
• Engage in discovery/test & learn activities to quickly validate assumptions and product direction.
• Decompose complex problems with your scrum team and prioritize a backlog & roadmap.
• Manage the product backlog and provide clear & timely stakeholder feedback on development iterations.
• Ensure the successful execution of development standards for tight feedback loops and clear product definition.
• Collaborate and coach members of the product team on conducting idea generation, consumer research, test design and execution, measurement, and product implementation and release.

Qualifications

• Clear passion for working with vast amounts of mobility data to deliver innovative solutions and meaningful insights.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience developing and launching products in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial with a strong inclination towards taking initiative and action.
• Ability to proactively anticipate problems and recognize potential solutions.
• Experience operating in a metrics-driven environment.
• Ability to communicate complex and innovative concepts to your development team.
• Understanding of and experience working in a complex, Agile development environment.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate across multiple levels of leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• A background in the telematics industry and working for SaaS organizations.
• Experience shipping software via an enterprise level Scrum framework.
• Experience working with large scale data platforms.
• Understanding of privacy and/or compliance requirements in building data products.
• Experience working with data visualization tools (Tableau, Quicksight, Power BI).

• Compensation offered for this role is $120,000.00 - $193,725.00 annually based on experience and qualifications.
