Kelly is currently hiring for a variety of Manufacturing, Production, Machine Operation, Quality, and Maintenance positions with opportunities available across multiple shifts. These roles offer a great opportunity to join a manufacturing team in a hands-on environment with competitive pay and shift premiums available on select shifts.

• Forklift / Receiving
• Machine Attendant
• Stamping Press Operator
• Quality Inspector
• Assembly Mechanic
• Molding Maintenance Mechanic

Job Duties

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

• Assemble, inspect, package, and prepare products according to established specifications.
• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
• Load and unload materials and assist with receiving activities.
• Perform quality inspections and identify defects or issues.
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Monitor equipment and report mechanical or production concerns.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Complete required production and quality documentation.
• Assist with preventative maintenance, repairs, and equipment upkeep for mechanic/maintenance positions.

Qualifications

Qualifications vary by position, but candidates should generally have:

• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, machine operation, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position.
• Previous forklift, quality, mechanical, maintenance, or machine operation experience may be required for specific positions.

Quality Inspector positions require previous quality experience.

Mechanic and Maintenance positions require relevant mechanical/maintenance experience, with pay based on experience for certain roles.

Pay & Shifts

Pay ranges from $16.50–$18.50+ per hour, depending on position and experience. Shift premiums are available on select 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts.

Available schedules include:

• 1st Shift: Approximately 6:00 AM–3:00 PM or 6:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday–Friday or Monday–Thursday
• 2nd Shift: Approximately 3:00 PM–11:00 PM or 4:00 PM–2:00 AM
• 3rd Shift: Approximately 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Weekend Shifts: Various Friday–Sunday, Saturday–Monday, or weekend schedules with shifts ranging from approximately 6:00 AM–6:00 PM or 11:00 PM–11:00 AM

Shift premiums vary by position and schedule.

Some positions may require training on 1st shift before transitioning to the assigned schedule.
