Virtual Primary Care Physician - Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Remote | U.S. | Full-Time | $235,000-$255,000 Base Salary The Opportunity Sana is looking for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our growing virtual primary care team. This is an opportunity to help build a modern primary care model that combines virtual care, asynchronous care, technology, and AI to make healthcare easier for patients. What you can expect: * 100% remote physician role * $235,000-$255,000 base salary * Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Pacific Time * Primarily virtual and asynchronous primary care * Care for adult patients across preventive, chronic, and acute care needs * Opportunity to help shape and improve a growing virtual care model * Collaborative team environment with clinical and operational support * Technology-forward organization with a focus on making care more accessible and easier to navigate What You'll Do * Provide high-quality primary care to adult patients through virtual and asynchronous channels * Manage preventive care and chronic conditions, as well as appropriate acute concerns * Review and respond to patient messages and clinical requests with sound clinical judgment * Develop longitudinal relationships with patients through a virtual care model * Collaborate with other clinicians and care team members to coordinate patient care * Use technology and emerging AI-enabled tools to support efficient, high-quality care * Help improve clinical workflows, protocols, and the patient experience as the model evolves * Practice evidence-based medicine while maintaining appropriate documentation and regulatory compliance What We're Looking For * MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine * Experience providing primary care to adult patients * Telemedicine experience required * Comfortable providing care through both synchronous and asynchronous channels * Strong clinical judgment and ability to determine when patients require in-person evaluation or specialty care * Comfortable adopting new technology and evolving clinical workflows * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed care team * Active medical licensure in required states; IMLC eligibility/LOQ and multi-state licensure are a plus Why Sana?
