Our company is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. Your Primary responsibility will be to post payments to accounts receivable, but other accounting & clerical related tasks can also be expected.
Responsibilities:
Accurately post payments to the correct invoices
Communicate with customers regarding any discrepancies
Check the accuracy of business transactions
Perform data entry and administrative duties
Assist in preparing & processing Accounts Payable
Qualifications:
Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Pay to be commensurate with experience & expertise.
