Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - 13-Week Contract

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and hardworking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our healthcare team for a 13-week contract assignment.

As a CNA, you will play an important role in providing quality care and support to patients and residents. You will work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive safe, respectful, and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, respectful, and attentive care to patients and residents.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to nursing staff.
• Assist with patient transfers, repositioning, and ambulation as directed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection-control guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Perform other CNA duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to patient care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
• Physical ability to perform the essential duties of the position.

COVID-19 Requirement

Candidates must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine or provide a documented religious and/or medical exemption, as required by the facility.

Contract Details

• 13-week contract assignment
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 12-hour shifts
• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 AM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• Ability to reliably commute to the facility.
