: Med Tech Lead-LABORATORY-GENERAL SERVICES PT Job Location : CARROLLTON Employee Type : PT Shift : N/A Educational Qualification : N/A Experience : N/A Job Description Job Summary Performs and monitors a full range of laboratory testing and analysis. Assists with supervision of laboratory operations . Assumes responsibility for prob lem resolution, quality control, and required equipment maintenance with minimal supervision. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Perform laboratory tests in compliance with department procedures and all pertinent regulatory requirements. Follow quality control, quality assurance, safety, and infection control procedures. Perform instrument maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting. Accurately report test results. Maintain appropriate inventory of supplies. Maintain effective communication and working relationships with all laboratory personnel, other disciplines, and external customers. Participate in laboratory projects and educational activities. Demonstrates and educates laboratory principles and technical skills to others. #J-18808-Ljbffr Carrollton Regional Medical Center
