We are currently seeking Family Medicine physicians to become part of an innovative team in Connecticut dedicated to transforming healthcare. Our mission is to enhance the experience for all stakeholders, including patients, healthcare providers, employers, and health networks.

Position Overview:

• Providing both in-office and round-the-clock virtual care services.

• Access to on-site laboratories and programs focused on preventive care, chronic disease management, common health issues, and mental wellness.

• Become a member of a diverse, motivated, and compassionate team.

• Deliver care to patients in-office or at testing facilities, along with occasional telehealth consultations.

• Engage in continuous collaboration with in-office colleagues through daily meetings, as well as with remote clinical teams.

• Utilize your specialized clinical training and have opportunities to perform procedures in-office.

• Oversee one or more Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Completion of a Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient primary care environment, treating patients of all ages (0+).

• Board certification in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics.

• Possession of a Connecticut Medical License or the ability to obtain one.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology to provide high-quality healthcare.

• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based primary care.
