Position Overview

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible physician to join our urgent care team. This role offers a unique blend of urgent care medicine and family practice, allowing you to build meaningful patient relationships while providing immediate care to those in need. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality urgent care and family medicine services to patients of all ages

• Collaborate with advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and support teams to deliver comprehensive care

Qualifications & Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree required
• Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or related specialty
• Current or eligible for Ohio state medical license
• DEA certification or ability to obtain
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in high-volume urgent care settings
• Strong clinical decision-making skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and healthcare teams
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred

Compensation & Benefits Package

• Competitive annual salary: $310,000 - $410,000 with performance-based incentives
