Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract position supporting students in a dynamic educational environment near Graceville, FL. In this role, you’ll work onsite, collaborating with school teams to help students across a range of ages enhance their communication abilities and succeed in the classroom. You will enjoy consistent weekday hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students' lives.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language services to students as assigned
• Conduct assessments to determine students’ needs and develop tailored intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to implement effective communication strategies
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and provide input for IEP development
• Adapt therapy approaches to best serve individual students’ needs
• May serve multiple schools within the district, with caseload and age groups to be determined

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active and valid FL SLP license
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for caseload management
