Pulmonary Medicine: General and Critical Care

The Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at the University of Virginia is seeking a full-time tenure-ineligible clinical faculty position at the Assistant Professor level, with a focus on General Pulmonary and an interest in Critical Care to join our program.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills and strong communication with a commitment to outstanding patient care. Also, the candidate will have the ability to provide care in the MICU, pulmonary consult service and procedure service.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a MD or equivalent, be board certified/board eligible in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine by appointment date. Candidate must have a strong commitment of patient care and teaching, and the ability to work well in a team setting. Candidate should possess a wide range of clinical skills in the care of such patients.
