$1332.80/week - Job Summary: Seeking a Medical Assistant to provide front and back office clinical support in an outpatient setting. The role involves chaperoning high-profile patients through various stages of care, ensuring seamless patient enrollment, check-in, and treatment processes. Responsibilities: Greet and check-in patients, verifying insurance information and updating medical records. Facilitate patient check-in, enrollment, and payment processing efficiently. Assist providers during patient visits, imaging, and other procedures. Chaperone high-profile patients, ensuring privacy and comfort throughout their visit. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with clinical protocols. Support imaging procedures and adhere to quality standards. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years outpatient clinic experience. Medical Assistant diploma from an accredited DAPIP program. Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC only). Strong experience with Epic and patient check-in/enrollment systems. Ability to manage high-profile/high-volume patient interactions. Valid CA certification for LVNs or Medical Assistants, with proper licensure.
