Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in El Paso, Texas.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• School-based behavioral health role supporting students within structured outpatient environment
• Opportunity to work within 187-day school calendar schedule
• Focus on counseling and behavioral health services with manageable daily caseload expectations
• Collaborative team-based care environment within mission-driven healthcare organization
• Outpatient weekday structure with no call responsibilities referenced

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday
• 40-hour work week
• School-based 187-workday calendar
• Minimum caseload expectation of 5 patients daily

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base salary: $60,000 annually
• Encounter-based bonus structure
• 3% above baseline: $210 bonus
• 5% above baseline: $350 bonus
• 10% above baseline: $700 bonus

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide school-based behavioral health counseling services
• Maintain minimum caseload expectations within outpatient structure
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members within school-based setting
• Maintain documentation and care coordination responsibilities
• Support behavioral health needs of student population within structured school-year calendar environment
