Guest Experience Coordinator
GENERAL RV CENTER
GENERAL RV CENTER is seeking a customer-focused professional to join our team in Fort Myers. You will greet guests, direct them to the right department, and manage calls while maintaining accurate records. You will handle inventory tasks, assist with recalls, and create customer profiles in CAMP. You will also track dealer plates for test drives, prepare day-of-delivery tasks, and ensure all orders are completed and paid.
