You will bring joy to people’s journeys by creating a positive and light-hearted atmosphere where people love to clean their cars. In this customer-focused setting, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact while earning rewards for outstanding performance! Pay:$16.00 + Commission Pay!Rewards for YOU:

- Greet or beat all customers to our pay stations to ensure they are welcomed to the wash
- Educate customers on our unlimited car wash membership programs
- Use and develop critical thinking, listening, and technical skills while supporting and collaborating with team members
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals
- Display a positive attitude with customers and members of our team
- Be a team player with a can-do attitude
- At least 16 years of age
- Excited about excelling in a sales and customer service centric role
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Prior car wash experience is a plus!
- Experience working in a sales role is an extra bonus!
