Position Title: Concrete Laborer

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Concrete Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will assist with all phases of concrete work, including pouring, finishing, and cleanup. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

• Key Responsibilities:

Measure, assemble, and set concrete forms for foundations, slabs, sidewalks, and other

concrete structures.

Assist with placing reinforcement materials such as rebar and wire mesh.

Operate hand tools and basic construction equipment safely and efficiently.

Perform concrete finishing tasks, including screeding, edging, floating, and troweling as

directed.

Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment.

Maintain a clean and organized worksite.

Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.

Perform other labor-related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Previous concrete or construction labor experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to a minimum 75 pounds.

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for extended periods.

• Ability to work on uneven terrain and around heavy equipment.

Manual dexterity to operate hand and power tools safely.

Work Environment:

• Outdoor construction sites.

Exposure to dust, noise, vibration, and changing weather conditions.

· Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required at all times.
