- Provide orthopedic surgical coverage for 24-hour call shifts.
- Respond to surgical emergencies and assist PA when needed.
- Perform required procedures including arthroscopy, joint replacement, hand surgery, etc.
- Collaborate with PA and other staff for patient care.
- Ensure timely documentation and follow-up.
