Patient Support Services Supervisor 1

The Patient Support Services Supervisor 1 in the Radiology Department at UC Davis Health oversees daily operations, managing a team of reading room and film library assistants to ensure seamless 24/7 imaging services. Maintains positive working relationships with patients, staff, management, and external stakeholders. Experienced in personnel management, including recruiting, hiring, coaching, mentoring, performance evaluation, accountability, recognition, and team development. Provides direct supervision, ensures efficient use of resources, and supports high-quality patient care. Highly organized and analytical, with proven ability to manage complex projects, maintain accurate files, meet deadlines, and complete tasks independently.
