Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Thursday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to visitors and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, following store and location policies, and/or supporting emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor areas, common areas, receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter points. Monitor entrances, exits, and other high‑traffic areas to help to deter unauthorized activity, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior. Observe and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and unusual conditions, while supporting a professional environment through strong presence and customer‑focused interaction. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
