Social Media Coordinator

We have great stories to tell, and we’re looking for the right person to tell them. Role Description We’re looking for a creative, upbeat social media specialist to own our presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and beyond. You’ll come up with ideas, create the content, and work closely with our development and leasing teams to show off the design, details, and lifestyle behind our properties. This is a chance to build a brand’s social presence from the ground up. The role combines on-site work at our West Plano office and properties with hybrid flexibility. What you’ll do Plan and manage a regular posting schedule across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms Brainstorm content ideas for each property type, from modern office space to luxury car garages Create posts, including photos, short-form video, reels, graphics, and captions Visit properties to capture construction progress, design details, and finished spaces Collaborate with our team on leasing announcements, project milestones, and company news Track performance (engagement, reach, follower growth) and adjust based on what works Stay current on trends in real estate, architecture, and design content What we’re looking for Must live in the Dallas–Fort Worth area; this role combines on-site work in West Plano with hybrid flexibility 1–3 years of experience creating content for business or brand social media accounts A portfolio or examples of posts you’ve created A strong eye for design, architecture, and visual storytelling Comfort shooting and editing photo and video on a phone or camera Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, Meta Business Suite, or similar Strong writing skills, including a professional voice for LinkedIn A positive, can-do attitude and real excitement about helping our brand grow Self-starter who can run with ideas without constant direction Interest in real estate, design, or cars is a big plus Real creative ownership from day one Work with stunning, one-of-a-kind spaces as your subject matter A supportive team excited to see what you bring #J-18808-Ljbffr Foundry Capital
