Master Planner (Capacity Planning)

Responsibilities Develop and implement master production schedules (MPS) to meet customer demands and company objectives. Coordinate with various departments (sales, production, purchasing) to forecast and plan production. Analyze and monitor demand and supply trends , making necessary adjustments to the plan. Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the production process. Optimize resource allocation to ensure maximum efficiency and minimum downtime. Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and reduce excess. Prepare and present regular reports on the performance of the master plan. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies. Create, Roll Out & Maintain SOP (Standard Operating Processes) initiative for the Planning department. Gather and coordinate KPI metrics for Weekly/Monthly meetings. Qualifications Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Experience : 5+ years in production planning, inventory management, or a related field. Skills : Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, proficiency with ERP systems and Excel, excellent communication and coordination skills, and attention to detail. Position Pay Range

$73,500 – $85,000 USD
