Senior Data Analyst

To support the data needs of clinical, operational, and leadership teams, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will gather requirements, produce reliable analytic datasets, and present findings to drive decision-making in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Managing a diverse portfolio of analytic needs for internal teams and external clients, from quick-turn questions to long-term engagements Designing and delivering analyses that address business and clinical questions, ensuring thorough documentation and reproducibility Validating results, investigating anomalies, and communicating findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with at least three years of data analytics experience, or a master's degree with independent research experience Demonstrated experience with healthcare data analytics and knowledge of standard healthcare code sets and data structures Strong SQL skills and proficiency in at least one analytic or statistical tool beyond SQL (e.g., Python, R) Experience building data visualizations and dashboards using modern BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Track record of delivering maintainable and well-documented analytic work
