CNC Machinist
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented CNC Machinists to operate, set up, and maintain CNC equipment while producing high-quality mattresses in Goodyear.

CNC Machinist Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $18.50/hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- Second Shift (Monday through Saturday from 06:30pm to 06:00am)
CNC Technician General Duties:
- Meeting production targets
- Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.
- Following production guidelines and specifications.
- Reporting any issues to the team leader or supervisor on duty.
- Performing other related tasks as assigned.
- CNC Department (Foam Cutting) Responsibilities:
- Assisting CNC Machine operators to cut foam according to precise specifications.
- Ensuring that foam pieces are cut accurately and efficiently.
CNC Machinist Qualifications:
- Experience operating manufacturing machinery is a plus
- Basic Math and Reading
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management
- Lifting and carrying for a short distance up to 50 pounds constantly
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
