House Sitter Wanted - Mister Kitty Needs A Friend While I'm Away! You'll Have The House To Yourself And It's Near The Beach.

Mr. Kitty is sweet, social 12 year old kitty who loves his couch time. He is my best friend and I would like to hire someone who understands how important this job is. I'm hiring for Oct 16-24 while I'm out of the country. Payment is 300.00 plus tip for good communication. I need someone who wants to stay at the house during the specified period and take care of Kitty. Kitty is very low-maintenance and needs: Fresh water in his cup and bowl always available 1/2 a can of wet food each evening Dry food always available Litter scooped and refilled daily Most importantly, Kitty needs you to spend time at the house with him. Please do not leave him for more than 12 hrs at a time. He likes watching TV together. Report any health problems immediately by phone Kitty cannot go outside, no matter what he tells you Its a 2 bedroom, 3 bath house in a quiet subdivision near Money Junction. It's about 20 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from downtown. You're welcome to use the kitchen, yard, grill, internet, etc. Clean linens are provided. Please respect the home like it was your own by taking out trash, not leaving windows or doors open, locking up while away, etc. Report any and all maintenance problems immediately. Expectations: stay the night at the home during the specified time Send periodic pictures of happy kitty Pet kitty Call immediately if Kitty is not OK Return communications in a timely manner Attend either a video call or in person visit prior to trip Please visit to view full details and to apply.
