This individual will manage datasets from multiple systems, build and maintain SQL-driven reporting processes, and ensure data accuracy across business-critical workflows. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on SQL Server experience and is comfortable working directly with raw data rather than primarily consuming prepared datasets for visualization.Must-Have Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or MBA in a related field• 2-5 years of SQL, data analytics, or data operations experience• Strong Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) experience• Experience building and modifying stored procedures, tables, views, and other SQL database objects• Experience managing data from multiple source systems• Strong understanding of data integrity, validation, quality, and normalization• Experience developing SQL-driven operational and recurring reports• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skillsNice-to-Have Qualifications• Strong data reconciliation experience across large datasets and multiple systems• Experience identifying and researching discrepancies between source systems• Mortgage servicing, collateral, custodial, or loan-level data experiencePosition OverviewAs a SQL Data Analyst, you will manage operational datasets across multiple systems while building and maintaining SQL tables, stored procedures, reporting processes, and centralized data repositories.
