Job Title: Home Health Aide (Female Only)

Position Type: Part-Time (3–4 Days Per Week, Including Some Weekends), Flexible scheduling based on the client's needs

Client: 27-Year-Old Female

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Female Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide quality in-home care and daily living assistance for a 27-year-old female. The ideal candidate will be patient, respectful, and committed to promoting the client's independence, safety, and overall well-being. This position requires flexibility to work 3–4 days per week, including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with toileting and incontinence care as needed.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
• Assist with light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, and maintaining a clean-living environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation when needed.
• Monitor and report changes in the client's physical or emotional condition.
• Administer medication reminders as directed (if applicable).
• Accompany the client to appointments and community outings when required.
• Maintain accurate documentation of daily care and observations.
• Follow all safety procedures and emergency protocols.
• Respect the client's privacy, dignity, and confidentiality always.

Requirements

• Female applicants only (due to personal care needs).
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or equivalent experience.
• Current CPR Certification (required).
• Current First Aid Certification (required).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist with mobility as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to work 3–4 days per week, including some weekends .
• Previous experience providing personal care is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm in emergencies.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude.
• Ability to work independently while following a care plan.
