Qualifications & Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant service preferred.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Professional, confident, upbeat, and personable demeanor.
• Excellent guest-relations and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards and etiquette.
• Ability to remain composed, attentive, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make thoughtful recommendations and confidently communicate menu and beverage offerings.
• Basic math skills and the ability to accurately handle transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
• Must be able to stand and remain alert for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. as needed.
• Ability to continuously use hands and arms and perform bending, reaching, and twisting throughout a shift.
