Distribution Manager

Job Details Job Level: 6 What does a Distribution Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola? This position is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the Distribution function, including expense management, delivery efficiencies and market execution. Responsibilities Key role in supporting the start-up and operations of a new location. Develop strategic distribution and customer execution plans to deliver against budgeted volume, profit and expenses. Ensure adherence to delivery standards, efficiencies and regulatory requirements. Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, resolving customer issues. Play a leadership role in building relationships with internal/external associates. Staff, lead, mentor, motivate, and hold team accountable to achieve goals. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's Degree required or High School Diploma (or GED) (with additional experience, see below) required. 2+ years CDL required in some locations (or must be able to obtain within 60 days of employment) required. 4+ years industry-relevant experience required. 2+ years leadership/supervisory experience required. Proficiency in Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Familiarity with DOT regulations. Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
