Responsibilities: Researchprospectiveclientsthroughseveralstrategiesincludinginternetresearch,tradeshowlists,referrals,yellowpages,variousprofessionaldirectoriesandpersonalinvestigation Createaccuratespreadsheetsofprospectiveclientdataincludingnames,titles,phonenumbers,addressesandvariousotherinformation Generatedailymailingstoprospectiveclientsusingupdatedandaccuratespreadsheets Coldcallprospectiveclients Creativelyproblemsolvetoimprovecurrentnewbusinessdevelopmentstrategy Negotiateratesanddeadlineswithprospectiveandcurrentclients Educateprospectiveandexistingclientsregardingthetranslationprocess,includingTransPerfect’srates,justificationforturnaroundtimeandcompetitors'information Liaisewithproductiontoensurethatalljobsarehandledappropriatelyandwithkeenattentiontodetail,resultinginaperfectproduct Consistentlyfollowupwithclientstoensuretheirsatisfactionwithdelivery,qualityandcustomerservice ResearchandunderstandallindustriesthatTransPerfectmarketsto,includingindustryleaders,currentevents,andanyotherpertinentdata Performotherspecialprojectsordutieswhenrequired WhyTransPerfect: Formorethan25years,wehavehonedaculturewhereallkindsofideasaresharedandnewventuresarenotonlywelcomedbutalsoencouraged.Inthisfast-pacedenvironment,employeesareintellectuallystimulated,sotheycangrowalongsidetheorganization.FromInterntoPresident,webelievethateverysingleemployeeshouldhaveavoiceandcontributetotheamazingservicesweofferourclients.
