Sr. Finance Systems Manager, Record to Report

Senior Manager Financial Systems Role in the Corporate Financial Systems team responsible for project-related activities interfacing with cross‑functional Business and IT teams. Projects include ISC Site Transitions, SAP Deployments, and technical and functional business process improvement projects. The role provides Finance governance of the Record to Report process stream and works with other cross‑functional project teams to ensure common SAP and business solutions are achieved that are compliant with GAAP and Government regulations. Responsibilities Work closely with cross‑functional ERP teams in support of site transitions, SAP deployments and system enhancements. Lead GDM process analysis in evaluating business models required to support transition and deployment activity. Manage project deliverables and coordinate with IT and business teams in data mapping, data conversion, user acceptance testing, go‑live preparation, and site closeout activities in support of transition and deployment activity. Approve technical solutions for system changes, work with IT for system enhancements and configuration. Ensure thorough testing of all solutions and ensure cross‑functional activities do not adversely impact finance data, processes or compliance. Evaluate financial systems to ensure all adequate controls are in place to provide a robust controls environment. Provide guidance in support of SOX, internal and external systems audit requests. Manage a team of Finance professionals of individual contributors. Qualifications 5 plus years’ experience in managing Finance and Accounting processes. 5 plus years SAP experience. 2 plus years of Blackline experience. We Value Deep process/technical knowledge with SAP. Preferred experience includes 2-3 SAP deployments. Solid understanding of business processes across SAP and how they impact data and processes in financial modules. Proactive leader with ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, internally and externally, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Strong interpersonal skills including ability to understand customer needs and to teach others. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment as this is a heavy multi‑tasking role.
