SHIP SUPERINTENDENT: $48.20 $62.67 PER HOUR
- Serve as direct liaison between Trident Refit Facility, Bangor (TRFB)s management and ships command. Must be able to persuade and negotiate repair priorities during unplanned repairs.
- Making on the spot adjustments to repair priorities necessitated by fleet schedule changes or technical failures.
- In-depth understanding of submarine systems, repair procedures, and shipyard operations. Familiarity with TRIDENT class specifications is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in developing and managing Critical Path and Controlling Path schedules. Experience recommending strategies to resolve production delays and project scheduling conflicts.
