Job Title Production Chemist Requirements B.S. in Chemistry or Biochemistry 6+ months of GMP experience with analytical instrumentation - will consider ENTRY-LEVEL if candidate has HPLC experience from undergraduate program Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm What’s in it for you Opportunity to gain experience with pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and analytical instrumentation Extensive, hands‑on training Ability to join an expanding team and grow within the department Description During processing, monitors chemical reactions (color and completeness of chemical reactions) Using established procedures (safety and process) and under general supervision, performs intermediate chemical processing steps. Prepares solutions for purification and samples. Under general supervision, purifies crude peptide by using HPLC. Conducts lyophilization process according to established guidelines. Performs drying processes in accordance with established processes and procedures. Reports any problems or issues regarding equipment used in processing to supervision Performs in-process checking of the fractions by using analytical HPLC and reports results to supervision and/or Sr. Production Chemist personnel.
