Madera Community Hospital is a growing acute care facility seeking talented individuals with a drive to provide quality care and dedicated to making a difference in our community.The Employee Health LVN is responsible for overseeing Employee Health day to day operations to assure that department runs smoothly. Is responsible for assuring all pre-placement and annual medical examinations are scheduled accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with established hospital policy. Performs functions of LVN. Is accountable for all patient care he/she gives during a day. Pursues continuing education related to practice to maintain knowledge and skills. Maintains professional and safe working environment at all times.Position Qualifications:Requires Graduate of an accredited school with LVN Program. Prefer one year experience in medical office or clinic care setting providing direct patient care.Proven verbal and written communication skills.
