The Opportunity

• Up to $50k sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians with previous Hospitalist experience.
• Current CA state license is a plus.
• Nocturnist physician will cover Mendocino Coast remotely.

The Practice

Adventist Health Ukiah Valley – Ukiah, California

Adventist Health Mendocino Coast – Fort Bragg, California

Adventist Health Howard Memorial – Willits, California

• 50-bed facility with an 8-bed ICU.
• Open ICU; no procedures required.
• Annual volume of 40,000.
• 4-5 start CMS rating.
• On-site labs and imaging, substance use navigators, and clinical care coordinators.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
