Role Description Location: Remote or Onsite as Needed (Some Travel Required) Performance Training Resources (PTR) is seeking an AI Corporate Trainer who can translate complex technical concepts and business terms into clear, practical instruction on AI-related tools and applications. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering course content, guiding participants through various technologies, providing relevant insights, assessing learner progress, and offering constructive feedback to support effective learning outcomes. Strong technical and communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate practical use of tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, and other workplace AI platforms in professional settings. Responsibilities To succeed in this role, candidates must possess expert-level knowledge of artificial intelligence and have the ability to deliver professional training on various topics. Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills. Experience in developing and delivering training programs. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Deliver instructor-led training (virtually or onsite) to corporate teams on AI fundamentals, tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot), prompts, and business cases. Translate technical AI concepts into real-world applications for non-technical audiences. Customize training materials and case studies to align with client goals and industry-specific needs. Collaborate with PTR's team to deliver polished presentations and training content. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Stay up-to-date with emerging AI tools and trends that impact workplace productivity. Represent PTR professionally in every client engagement.
