Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Active Virginia Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience providing care in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
Demonstrated experience with mobility training, fall prevention programs, and restorative therapy preferred.
Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) documentation preferred.
