Join our assembly team as a Production Assembler and be a part of a group that is responsible for assembling and packaging supplies and materials in Milwaukee. This role supports production operations by following established procedures, accurately documenting work performed, and ensuring products are assembled consistently and correctly. If you have a strong attention to detail, work efficiently in a production environment, and are comfortable working with your hands in a fast-paced environment, this position is for you!

What you would be DOING:

• Assemble and package supplies and materials in accordance with approved work instructions and production procedures
• Verify materials and components during assembly to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Record production activities, quantities, and completion status accurately within the ERP/Inventory Management system
• Identify and report discrepancies, damaged materials, or quality issues in accordance with the Nonconforming Material (NCM) process
• Participate in continuous improvement activities by providing feedback and suggestions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with Production Planning, Operations, and Quality as needed to support timely and accurate stock or customer fulfillment

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing or medical device environment preferred
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Basic computer skills (Able to enter and review production data in an ERP)
