Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated General Dentist to join our reputable dental practice located in Niles, MI. As a General Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, promoting oral health and ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced dentist or a recent graduate looking to build a successful career in a supportive and patient-focused environment.
- Conduct thorough oral examinations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Perform a wide range of dental procedures, including but not limited to fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, dentures, and teeth whitening.
- Diagnose and treat oral diseases and conditions in accordance with established dental procedures and ethical standards.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, preventive measures, and post-treatment care.
- D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid state dental license in Michigan, or the ability to obtain a license promptly.
- Proven experience as a General Dentist, although recent graduates will also be considered.
- Proficiency in performing a wide range of dental procedures with exceptional clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients.
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and promoting oral health.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Competitive compensation package of $170,000 per year.
