Learning and Development Specialist

To enhance global learning initiatives, the part-time HR Specialist - Learning and Development will design and implement corporate learning programs, focusing on leadership development while working remotely and coordinating with various stakeholders. Key responsibilities Design and develop strategies for conducting learning needs analysis and annual learning plans Lead organizational learning projects, primarily focusing on leadership development programs, ensuring timely delivery and budget management Manage procurement processes and vendor relationships for external learning services Required qualifications Advanced University degree (Masters or equivalent) in Human Resources management, Business Administration, or related fields, or a First University degree with 7 years of relevant experience Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Project Management and Corporate Learning & Development in an international environment Experience working with external training providers and leadership development programs is highly desired Fluent in English; proficiency in French and Spanish is desirable
