Preventative Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a Preventative Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and inspections on heavy equipment, trucks, and trailers. This is a full-time traveling role, requiring work across multiple job sites to complete scheduled services, identify potential issues, and support overall fleet performance.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine lubrication, oil changes, and filter replacements on heavy equipment, trucks, and vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and maintenance schedules.Inspect equipment and vehicles for signs of wear, damage, or malfunction, reporting any issues to supervisors promptly.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including services performed, parts used, and equipment condition.Assist with minor repairs and adjustments under the guidance of experienced technicians.Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.Collaborate with other team members to prioritize tasks and complete work efficiently.Keep work areas clean and organized, maintaining tools and equipment in good condition.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience as a lube technician or in a similar role preferred.Basic knowledge of automotive and heavy equipment systems and components.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures.Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.Willingness to learn and grow in the role, with opportunities for advancement within the company.Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
