By partnering with pediatric dentistry, orthodontic, and oral surgery practices across the country, we empower our teams with the technology, resources, and support they need to make a meaningful impact every day.As a Data Analyst at Specialty Dental Brands, you will transform complex data into meaningful insights that support better decisions across our growing organization. You will partner with leaders across Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and Clinical Support to develop reporting and analytical solutions focused on provider productivity, employee retention, operational efficiency, and financial performance.Your responsibilities will include:Analyze data from the enterprise data warehouse (EDW) and other business systems to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of risk.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models that provide leaders with clear, actionable insights.Evaluate key performance indicators related to provider productivity, practice performance, employee retention, operational efficiency, and financial results.Partner with business leaders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective analytical solutions.Validate data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness across multiple systems.Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and access to information.Present findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner to both technical and nontechnical audiences.Support recurring reporting needs as well as ad hoc analysis for strategic initiatives.Collaborate with technical teams to strengthen the organization's data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.Maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, data definitions, and analytical processes.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.Experience working with enterprise data warehouses and large, complex datasets.Proficiency in SQL and business intelligence or data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Experience developing dashboards, reports, and analytical models for business leaders.Strong understanding of data validation, reporting accuracy, and data integrity.Experience analyzing operational, financial, workforce, or healthcare-related data.Dental, healthcare, or multisite business experience is preferred.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, collaborative environment.What Makes You Successful:You are naturally curious and enjoy uncovering the story behind the data.You can translate complex findings into clear insights and practical recommendations.You are highly detail-oriented and committed to producing accurate, reliable work.You take ownership of projects and follow through from initial discovery to final delivery.You are comfortable working through ambiguity and helping build structure as the organization grows.You balance technical expertise with strong communication and relationship-building skills.You understand the needs of your business partners and develop solutions that are useful, accessible, and actionable.You manage competing priorities effectively while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.You look for opportunities to improve processes, strengthen reporting, and make data easier for leaders to use.Why Join Specialty Dental Brands?Hybrid work environmentCompetitive compensationComprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits401(k) with company matchPaid Time Off and paid holidaysOpportunities for professional growth and developmentA supportive, collaborative culture where your work truly makes a difference Specialty Dental Brands
