Overseeing Cut Room production & personnel

Duties:

Perform Pre-Op

Ensure all employees are:

At their stations

Instructed in the day’s production

Staying on task

Perform Operational check

Record on documents and logs

Inventory

Upon Plant Manager’s request take an inventory of all Just Mikes raw products

Load & Unload Ovens

Preparing Just Mikes Jerky

Other Responsibilities (when needed):

Food Safety & Defense

Emergency Action

Allergen & Gluten

Receiving

CCP check

AW testing

Outbound Inspection & Shipping

This is a working position in our Medina Ohio location.

We are a small manufacturing company. We process jerky and chopped and formed meat snacks.
The position is for a Raw room Manager.

The room is temperature controlled and cold. You will be required to manage the employees to ensure raw production goals are met. In addition, there are multiple logs and documents that must be filled out and verified.

Interviewers will be in person for this position. It requires that candidates do a walk through and have a sit-down interview.

No shorts or sandals to the interview. No perfume or cologne.

5:45 AM – 3:00 PM

Monday-Friday

Some Saturdays are required.
