Senior Manufacturing Engineer

- 5 to 6 years of Medical device Manufacturing experience (New Product Introduction - NPI)
- Good experience in process development & process characterization
- Good experience in Process Validations - IQ, OQ, PQ
- Experience in test fixture design
- Experience in PFMEA
- Good knowledge in Statistical analysis using Minitab
- Knowledge in various tools (DMAIC, Gage R&R, Cp, Cpk, SPC, etc.) to analyze & improve manufacturing processes, components, & products.
- Good communication skills
