Quality Assurance Supervisor This position is a Quality Assurance Supervisor leading as a quality champion for the plant. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring testing results are timely, accurate, and meet all regulatory requirements and Land O'Lakes specifications before product release. They will assist with maintaining all required electronic and file documentation. Responsibilities Coaching employees as needed to ensure compliance with plant quality programs, Enterprise Quality Management System, and SQF requirements. Assist the QA Manager in measuring and monitoring key performance indicators while contributing data and insight. Identify root cause analysis to improve quality and productivity, and lead and drive change at all plant levels. Understand regulatory requirements and support plant audits. Assist the management team in maintaining the quality system. Support policies, procedures, specifications, HACCP, standards, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance. Conduct internal plant audits. Develop and oversee training of new department employees. Test and disposition ingredients and products. Monitor and inspect process equipment and in-process inspection and testing activities. Improve plant quality systems and provide service to support continuous improvement and compliance. Supervise QA technicians/QA operators and administer and monitor all laboratory testing equipment and procedures. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Food/Dairy Science or related field. 2+ years of quality assurance experience in food manufacturing. Strong knowledge of Quality Management principles, food regulation, and food operations. Computer skills in MS Office Suite, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of supervisory leadership experience. Shift & Working Hours 2nd Shift: 5:30 PM to 3:00 AM; Saturdays as needed. Salary Range $70,800 – $106,200.
