ABOUT THE ROLE The Role is responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This position may require employees to work non-traditional hours (nights, weekends, and holidays) to successfully meet customers’ needs. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and establish recruitment plans. Create and post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms. Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals, and other channels. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, and initial candidate assessments. Interview & Selection Process Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews. Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Perform reference checks and background screening processes. Facilitate the offer process, including compensation discussions and offer letters. Candidate Experience Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding application status. Ensure a professional, positive, and inclusive hiring experience. Administrative & Reporting Duties Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring success rates. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation as needed. TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED: Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Experience 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Experience recruiting in manufacturing, food processing, logistics, retail, or other relevant industries is a plus. Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ATS systems. Paycor is a plus. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
