TOWNE AUTOMOTIVE IS LOOKING FOR A SERVICE MANAGER

Oversee all aspects of service department for our growing Auto Dealership.

Manager is responsible for all operations within the automotive shop and for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Fast-paced work environment.

$100,000 - $150,000 annually.

Qualifications/Education:

Previous Service Manager or long Term Advisor / Warranty Experience ** MFG Experience a plus

Strong Motivational and Leadership Skills

Strong Management Skills - Management experience is required

Track record of success and integrity

Strong Service Sales Ability

Customer Orientated – Proven CSI record

Positive Attitude, Energetic and enthusiastic to do work

Well Organized

Professional telephone and communication skills

Computer literate, with good keyboard skills- Experience with CDK or other automotive software.

Able to work productively in a TEAM environment

Able to organize work flow to deliver quality work efficiently and timely. Able to hire, schedule, motivate and reward technicians.

Able to handle and resolve customer complaints with strong customer service skills

Contribute to the training and development of technicians and advisors

Enforce adherence with all safety standards and environmental laws and regulations

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE;

Automotive - 5 years

Valid Driver license
