Inventory Control AssociateSchedule: Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm/occasional Saturdays as neededThe Inventory Control Associate is responsible for performing routine cycle counts, Bin audits, and assisting with investigations to maintain inventory accuracy. The Inventory Control Associate works closely with other warehouse functions and must follow inventory procedures and safety guidelines at all times.Duties/Responsibilities:Conduct cycle counts and assist with routine inventory auditsSupport labeling and bin maintenance activitiesVerify product locations and report discrepancies to inventory leadershipAssist with count documentation, document retention, and year end inventoryOperate forklifts and handheld barcode scannersMaintain organization of inventory and staging locations to drive accuracyLearn and apply inventory best practices and SOPs under guidanceCommunicate clearly with materials and receiving teams as neededOther duties as assignedRequired Skills/Abilities:Attention to detail and basic math skillsFamiliarity with handheld barcode scanners or inventory toolsComfortable manipulating data in excel using formatting and basic formulasAbility to follow instructions and escalate discrepancies when unsureForklift certification requiredWillingness to learn ERP system usage and data proceduresEducation and Experience:High school diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 1 year in a warehouse or inventory-support role preferredWorking Conditions:Regular lifting, squatting, walking, reaching and standingMust work in cold storage environments (average 40°F, occasionally -4°F)$21.56 - $21.56 an hour
